I had to come update my review. I’ve truly seen a positive transformation in this community recently. The change in management has made an incredible difference, and my experience living here has been phenomenal. The management team is attentive, professional, welcoming, and genuinely seems to care about all residents and the environment they create, down to the dogs. One of my favorite things has been resident social events. They’ve all been put together exceptionally well and make living here feel like more than just an apartment complex. You can tell real effort and care goes into every detail, and it honestly makes you excited to participate and even brag.

Management matters.James Run Apartments has a secret sauce not listed on the amenities list. It’s the 2026 management team. Sharon, Tim, Aleah and Edena. One recent example: They hosted a restaurant quality “Taco Tuesday” happening in the Club House Building’s spacious Social Commons. But it wasn’t about the delicious food and gifts, it was that they created another fun friendly community-party of chit-chat and laughter. James Run Apartments is a special place to call home.

The staff has been amazing in assisting us move into our unit. What started as an availability issue for the unit we sought after, turned into a wonderful experience where we got to see how the staff work their magic. We recommend James Run Apartments highly. You get what you’re paying for! Not to mention how close we are so many businesses in the Harford County area. Five stars so far!
